All of the non credited art and illustrations on this site were created using the public domain image library and graphic software available through Canva. I am not in any way affiliated with Canva and do not receive any monetary or promotional incentive for sharing their website. What I do get is awesome art that brings a pop of color to the page. So why share Canva.com? Because it's my belief that everyone should have the opportunity to create.
I believe that art should be accessible to everyone. For that reason you will find multiple hyperlinks around this website to a program called Natural Reader. I am not in any way affiliated with Natural Reader and do not receive any monetary or promotional incentive for sharing their website. If the various text to speech programs we have tried, my family has found that Natural Reader was the most comfortable for us. We use it to listen to everything from Wikipedia pages and short stories, to books and letters from the Smithsonian and Library of Congress. Reading should be accessible to everyone regardless of age, ability, or, skill level. Stories are meant to be shared. Poetry should be experienced.
While I find I create best in the late hours with a fountain pen (and the ink stains on my hands) or at my keyboard late into the night, I also believe that there should be no restrictions on who can create, and that as long as it is coming from your heart and your mind it is valid*.
Check out these websites for Public Domain images, Speech to text, Free graphic software and more.
*I also don't believe AI is coming from a heart or imagination. I am of the firm opinion that AI is complicated theft. Please get messy and see what you can do on your own.

Fan Fiction and Fan art is an incredible way to cut your teeth. Dig in! Make it weird. Learn your comfort zone and style. Experiment! Always credit your source material and thank the creator who laid the foundation for you, but cut loose and have fun.
